Windows:
Power coated/anodized aluminum sliding windows with glass. Enamel painted M.S safety grills. Power coated large aluminum ventilators with translucent glass for bathrooms.
Bathrooms:
Ceramic glazed tiles dado up to 7 feet height. Matching light color
EWC&WB with granite counter top. Acrylic bathtub in master bedroom bathroom. Hot and cold water mixer unit of jaguar continental or equivalent make for shower and washbasin. Sanitary fittings of parry ware hind ware or equivalent make. Health faucet connection. Provision for Geyser, exhaust fan in all bathrooms.
Kitchen:
Black or red granite platform. Stainless steel sink with single bowl and drain board of nirali equivalent make 2 feet high dado above platform area in 8"X12 ceramic glazed tiles. Loft on one sidewall for storage.

Electrical:
One TV point in living area and master bedrooms. Fire resistant electrical wires of Anchor, Finolex or equivalent make.
